I treat all project details, business ideas, and proprietary information you share with me as strictly confidential. I am happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before any project discussions begin — simply ask and I will send one within 24 hours.

I retain project-related communications and documents for up to 3 years after project completion, for reference and post-launch support purposes. If you request deletion of your data after a project is concluded, I will comply within 30 days unless I am legally required to retain certain records (e.g. invoices).

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data I hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or outdated information
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Withdraw consent for any data processing at any time

Forge Studio services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over. I do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
